Board of Directors

Our team consists of volunteers who have a love for Haiti and their people.

Nancy Turner

As Executive Director and Founder of Love and Grace Ministries - Haiti, Nancy has been ministering in Haiti since 1989. Before establishing Love and Grace in 2009, Nancy was on the Board of Directors with two other non-profit organizations for Haiti for 25+ years. Nancy is married and has five children, two of which are adopted from Haiti.

Jennifer Knable

Jennifer serves as the Vice-President of Love and Grace. She is an Occupational Therapist, and is involved in many outreach programs including teaching Sunday School, teen ministry at her church and Operation Christmas Child. Jen is married and has three sons and resides in Pennsylvania. She has been traveling to Haiti since 2020 with our mission teams.

Courtney Gin

Courtney is the Secretary for Love and Grace. She is from Arizona and graduated from the University of Arizona with a bachelors degree in Management Information Systems and is a Trade Planning Lead with a major corporation. Courtney is married and began traveling to Haiti in 2015 with our mission teams.

Tamara Watson

Tamara is our newest board member. She is a registered nurse and is currently back in school to get her bachelors degree. She has three children and two grandchildren. She resides in South Carolina. She has a passion for missions and was on our missions team in 2018.

Jacques Edouard

Jacques is a Board Member and was previously employed at our Boys Home in 2009 as a security guard. He moved from Haiti to South Carolina in 2013. He travels with the mission teams for security purposes. He is the liaison between the board and Haiti. Jacques is a tailor. He is married and has three children.

Junior Sinsmyr

Junior is a Board Member and is living in Florida. He has been associated with Love and Grace since its beginning and monitors the boys on a regular basis as a liaison for the Board. Junior was trained in primary dental care and provides care in Haiti. Junior is married and has one daughter.

Robin Holmes - Emeritus

Robin has stepped down as Chairman of the Board due to her husbands medical condition. Please keep Robin and her husband, Paul, in prayer. She is married and has four children. She has been traveling to Haiti since 2015 with our mission teams.
